Our mission to bring stress relief through accessible yoga
Narvolina began with a simple observation: while many people understood the stress-relieving benefits of yoga, too many felt intimidated by complex poses or felt yoga wasn't accessible to them.
Founded in 2020 during a time when stress levels were at an all-time high, we set out to create yoga sequences that anyone could practice, regardless of age, flexibility, or experience level. Our focus has always been on the stress-relief benefits of yoga rather than advanced physical postures.
What started as simple online guides has grown into a community of beginners and experienced practitioners alike who appreciate our straightforward, calming approach to yoga practice.

After 15 years in a high-stress corporate environment, Sarah discovered the transformative power of simple yoga practices for managing anxiety and burnout. She's certified in stress management yoga therapy and specializes in making yoga accessible to beginners.
Breathing & Meditation Specialist
Michael brings his background in respiratory therapy and mindfulness meditation to create effective breathing techniques that form the foundation of our stress-relief sequences. He believes that conscious breathing is the bridge between body and mind.
